Luis Ubuinas
InterNACHI Certified
First Time Home Buyer

The Knowledge, The Precision, and the Titan Standard

Luis brings the technical backbone of Titan and a résumé that reads like a blueprint for elite inspection expertise. With over 10 years in the inspection and maintenance industry, he has specialized in commercial systems, property operations, and training maintenance directors on how to properly inspect and maintain equipment across homes, apartment buildings, and hospitals.
When he steps into a property, he doesn’t just “look around.”
He evaluates. He analyzes.
He understands the systems behind the structure — and what’s happening beneath the surface.
Add to that over 10 years of active duty military experience in the engineering side, and you get the kind of discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability you simply can’t fabricate. Luis also recently served as a Plant Operations Manager in a hospital, overseeing complex mechanical systems while managing multiple skilled trades professionals.
In short: if it clicks, hums, flows, rotates, heats, cools, powers, or protects. Luis knows it.
His approach is thorough, educational, and rooted in protecting clients from future headaches, surprise expenses, and unsafe conditions. Him and his team are not there to alarm or exaggerate — They are there to empower families with clarity and facts.
